How do you make a CD / DVD boot, how do you get an iso image on CD / DVD

Have you often wondered how to create a bootable cd we take a exmplu ISO image of a Windows and want to put it on a CD (if XP) and a DVD (if Windows7 / 8). There are several methods and apply with which you can create a CD / DVD bootable

Nero
  is probably the best known program with which you can make a cd / dvd bootable
Suppose you installed Nero now choose from the menu
- Copy and Backup
- Select Burn Image to disk and click
- Now looking image (Windows iso)
- I Select the image and will appear feresastra.
- Select the lowest speed 4x or 8x otherwise
- waiting to finish.
