I recommend you leave defaul settings, t all you have to do is to:

• Select the Device letter assigned by the operating system USB stick
• Ensure that the  Partition Scheme and target system type  is selected MBR partition scheme for BIOS or UEFI computers .
• The File System select NTFS file format.
• Select Quick Format
• Touch the arrows  ISO Image  and choose the path to the ISO image of the operating system that you want to climb the stick
• Click on Start .Veţi be aware that the data on the stick will be lost, click OK
• All you have to do is wait (not last more than 10 min)
• To install Windows on USB stick you have to check the BIOS as the primary option to boot from the stick.
